Apparently my Bearcat scanner neets a 13.5 volt power source. WHAT THE HELL??? Where am I going to get that in my car? It is possible that I'm completely wrong about this, but isn't it only possible to tap into wires and get 12 volts? I don't know much about electricity though, so... Actually, I know two things about it.

1. You can't see it.
2. It'll hurt ya.

Any help would be appreciated guys.

lol goodluck buddy. hook it up to cig lighter and see if it works. maybe you need some special converter or somehting. or ur jsut f'ed smile
